That's how our journey began in the floral industry back in 2015. At first, flowers were just a way for me, Shannon, to reenter the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom for 8 years. But oh, how quickly things blossomed!

I've always had an artistic itch, painting, crafting, you name it. Stepping into the world of flowers, I realized I could channel that creativity into something even more meaningful. It felt like destiny. They say, "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." Well, it might be a lot of hard work behind the scenes, but I can genuinely say we love what we do.

And then there's Kenyon, my partner in life and in petals. He was an electrician by trade but after some significant medical challenges, a switch flipped, and we decided to take the plunge together. We turned our dreams into Anne Marie Rose Floral Design, and we've been lighting up Southern Utah with fresh, beautiful, long-lasting flower arrangements ever since.

Sometimes life's most beautiful moments spring from unexpected circumstances. When we first started Anne Marie Rose Floral Design, we received a call that no florist wants to get. A customer was unhappy with an arrangement, or so they thought. The mix-up? It turned out the flowers didn't even come from our shop!

This was a case of an order gatherer, those folks who pose as local florists but really just take a cut and pass the order along. Even though she wasn't our customer initially, we couldn't leave her hanging. We helped sort out the mess, got her a full refund, and sent a new, stunning bouquet to her mom.

Guess what? She's now one of our most loyal customers, and her mom has become a dear friend. It's incredible how an initial mix-up led to a relationship that feels more like family than anything else.
